O.K Girls,

Paranoid Janeyb here - but just humour me… 47, WLE back in Nov 2006. No lymph involvement and HER2 neg - am on Nolvadex D. The last two days , have been experiencing weird pains in my head - not like a proper headache - also a bit of dizzinessand head feels weird. Like you’ve washed your hair and backcombed it and it is fighting to go back the way it should. So, I can’t have a headache - I have convinced myself I have brain mets. I was sure that I was over this paranoia - but obvioulsy not the case.

What should I do? Any advice greatly appreciated.Also any advice on when this sh-t stops would be great!

Janey you need to make contact with your hospital. There could be all sorts of reasons for the sensations you are experiencing - but I had something similar re the weird head feeling before being dx with bone mets. I know which of the 2 options i would prefer - but may not be either. Do get it checked out.

I had a full bone scan about 5 weeks ago and it came back clear. Will give it a few more days and if still feel weird will contact BC Nurse.
