You need to take a test (In the USA & Europe it does exist) to test your serum levels of Z-ENDOXIFEN (the Tamoxifen metabolite that prevents reoccurrence) That level needs to be at least 15, preferably higher, or else You’re only getting the side effects and no protection. Mine was 1. I stopped Tamoxifen, took Endoxifen (Tough to get, but possible) and now it’s 90+ and I have minimal side effects!
