hi guys, i’ve got my appoinment tomorrow, do you usually get results the same day. I had been fretting for days, now i feel quite calm, thinking no point getting worked up as what will be will be, can’t do anything about it now. But i know i’ll wake tomorrow absolutely petrified. Gaenor xx

It seems to depend on where you live.I had a biopsy on the day of my appointment and it took 10 days for my results!!
The waiting is hard but do remember it can be good news! lots of ladies have posted on this site with good news

Thanks kay… how do you cope with the wait though, like i said i feel quite calm now, just want it over and done with, but i don’t know how i’ll cope knowing that someone could put me out of my misery just like that. why do we have to wait so long.

There are one stop clinics where you can get your results same day but I was never offered this.
I worked on no news is good news.!!!
I wish I could make you feel better as this journey is hard but do try and think positive.

I had all my tests at a one stop clinic and got results within 30 mins of tests being completed - from reading posts on here not sure this is the norm though!

hi guys
just want you all to know that i had all the tests today… and I’m in the clear. i have a massive abscess in my milk ducts.
So with the help of anti-biotics that will clear.
