The 9th bi-annual European Breast Cancer Conference is being held in Glasgow

Dear All

The 9th bi-annual European Breast Cancer Conference is being held in Glasgow this week from 19-21 March. The conference will be followed by an open, public session on Saturday 22 March, which is free to attend and will feature talks/presentations on breast cancer issues.

This is a free public day looking at issues surrounding breast cancer. The event follows on from the European Breast Cancer Conference’s three-day scientific meeting and will address key themes related to breast cancer diagnosis, care and treatment. Talks will cover hereditary breast cancer, the importance of early diagnosis and survivorship - looking at how the needs of patients who have been treated for breast cancer can be better addressed. This is an open event for anyone with an interest in breast cancer. Advanced booking is not necessary. More information can be found at secc.co.uk/ebcc-public-day.aspx

It would be great to see as many Breast Cancer Care supporters as is possible there.

Best wishes

Anna
