Tingling Boob !!!

Hello
Can anyone offer any advice , I finished Rads 2006 and in the last year I have had a small area of broken skin on my nipple that heals over and then breaks again,but in the last few weeks I have had some serious and anoying tingling in my boob , any idea what it might be ?

i would contact your breast care nurse for advice, or see GP ,
