Hi
I would appreciate any tips on boosting a lowered Immune System after surgery & radiotherapy. Within six months of finishing rads in June 2012 I developed Shingles (December-March), then a Bladder Infection and last week a vomiting virus, despite taking a good Vitamin B Complex, increased fruit/veggies etc.
Somebody has recommended Metatone Tonic, has anybody tried this?

I was given some metatone tonic and work in a school. so far i havent caught anything! and there was nasty sick bug going around.

Thanks Anne. I have started taking the Metatone, which was also recommended by my Pharmacist, and a friend whose father took this whilst ill. Janice
