Loved the story, really made me laugh as i pictured you all red and sweaty melting the ice off the windows the minute you rush into the bathroom!
How come I never ever have a sweat or hot flush when i am waiting at 6pm at the bus stop so frozen my teeth are chattering and then the minute i get on the bus I am sweating profusely!

my flushes are not too bad at the moment , i used to get soaking wet now i just really burn up in my chest and face ,i look as if im going to blow a gasket then go clammy .the worst is when you just get ready to go out ,then wam you feel dirty

Hi All
My flushes are getting embarrasing! I have my big sleeping bag coat on, it’s icy cold outside, get on the bus and think “oh no”. Then go beetroot red, start opening the windows, saying “God! It’s hot!”. Get filthy looks.
Ah well a breath of fresh air never did any harm.
