Have finally had a detailed diagonis after MRI. I have triple negative BC. Have been told it has spread to the lymph nodes. Treatment is going to be chemotherapy first before surgery. I see the oncologist next week but have been told will need 6 sessions. Quite scared really but reading the forums is comforting. Was just wondering if anybody out there has had a similar diagosis. Would love to hear your experiences. Thanks for listening.
Hi kavir
I’m glad you have already found some support from the forum.
There’s a section on the forum about triple negative breast cancer. I’ve attached a link for you to have a look:

You might also find it helpful to join one of the chemo monthly threads. These are started by members beginning chemotherapy in the same month. I’ve attached a link to the September group:
I hope this helps
Very best wishes

Hi there,
I have also been told I’m have triple negative BC. But don’t think it has spread to the lymph nodes. Same as you chemo then surgery then radiotherapy. So scary! My lump is 27 mm grade 3 stage 2a. Can’t wait to begin so I can be rid of this stupid BC. I trying to stay as positive as I can I hope you can stay strong as well. I am lucky to have a good family to support me but I’m worried about telling my 5 year old, but will have to soon. Take care
Sorry just seen the date of your post. How are you getting on kavir?
