Ulcers in throat

Hi Folks,

I’m five days post FEC2 and have mouth ulcers in my throat. Has anyone got any handy tips with how to deal with them?

Hi K - i managed to get the GP to prescribe gelclair satchets - they’re expensive and not particularly easy to get hold of. They work by coating the ulcers so you don’t feel the pain - in other words they only treat the symptoms not the cause. I’m told they are used for patients with chronic mouth/throat sores - certainly helped me out during that time. Good luck
