I have completed all my treatment, but after having radiotherapy I have found that my Breast has shrunk considerably. I am now 3yrs on and finding this hard to live with.
My other Breast is much larger, prob a couple of cup sizes bigger. Plus I am having problems with sore skin underneath where I sweat from so many night sweats and hot flushes.
I am considering Breast reduction on my unaffected Breast, has anyone else been through this ?:catfrustrated:

I had this problem too. After having to wear crops tops for 2 years, last June I had a reduction on my good side. It was a little painful for a while but now after 3 months it has settled down abit. I have been told by my surgeon that it can take up to 6 months to settle down properly so still waiting for it to be the same or close to the same size as the operated on side now, if you get what I mean.
Last week I got myself measured at M & S and found that I could now get into a reasonable size bra. It is wonderful to wear it.I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have my clothes fitting me instead of having to keep pulling my tops back straight again!

Hi everyone interested in this subject,
I had reduction and lift which is now 38B and other one is not quite the same, partly because at the moment I haven,t got a nipple on the other one yet as I cannot decide if I want to have more operations on it. The breast nurse said that I could have a stick-on one to try out.
About SNB I don’t know about but I would think it would be ok, but ask your consultant on this. I did try a prothiesis but it was heavy to wear and made my shoulder and neck ache too much.
I hope that all goes well with whatever you decide to do. x
