I am having a major panic attack, I am just crying again all the time since last night.
After chemo and 5 weeks of rads my period came back quite late, very heavy and one week long. Fine, I’have been on Tamoxifen for 6-8 weeks I guess it is normal. But now 8 days later I am bleeding again.
I just completely lost it again. i just think that now I have some other sort of cancer… 
Phoned my oncologist but he has not call me back yet. Phoned my gynaecologist but she is on holidays. My brain tells me it is nothing but I am just falling apart.
I have guests coming over tonight to stay for 2 weeks, I have to clean up house, cook dinner, entertain two little kids and I am a mess.
Sorry, yesterday I was happy bunny and today I am miserable wreck. Can someone tell me if it could be just harmless bleeding or what to do…

Barbamama, yes it could indeed be perfectly normal periods. There are some ladies on here who have kept on having periods even when taking Tamoxifen, so please DON’T PANIC!
That said, you’re worried so I would definitely give your BCN a ring, so she can go through all your history in detail, and in the meantime get onto the Helpline on here a ring.
Almost forgot to say: Tamoxifen can mess with your emotions because it messes with your hormones, so there’s no surprise you’re feeling all over the place.

there was a lady on here a few days ago who suddenly started bleeding after using tamoxifen. She went in to her GP to get it checked. It can be normal periods going wrong, but becaues it is tomazfien it is best to get it checked. It does not have to be a specialist, your gp can do the smear test.
Like we say to ladys with lumps, 9 out of 10 are not cancer, but get the lump checked. So there are probably normal reasons for you to be bleeding again–but get it checked. Try and get an emergancy appointment with your gp, or see if your breast nurse can get someone at the hospital to see you
thanks ladies. I just got on the phone with my oncologist. he said no worry yet. because I just started taking tamoxifen it could not possibly have caused me another cancer 
but he said to see gynaecologist of there are more irregular bleedings/periods. just to be on the safe side I am booking myself for gynec ultrasound when my doc is back from holidays.
blimey, what a turmoil! thanks so much for your support and replies. sometimes I feel this is the only place which can promptly offer advice, support, care and love.
