unusal swelling Hi Ladys,

I have noticed a slight swelling in between my boobs on my breast bone,its only hurts if i touch it quiet firmly.

Has anyone else had this and should i be worried.

Hi Bluebell

I have the same, really only noticed it since my Mastectomy in Jan this year. My Onc & BCN have looked at it and they say it is part of my sternum, possibly slightly inflammed due to doing a little too much post op! Apparently the pain will lessen, which I guess it has but the lump is still there (it’s grabbable in the cup of my hand - if that makes sense?).

Anyway that’s what I was told, hope it helps. If you are concerned Iwould get your drs to check it.

swelling Hi Ladys,

Should of said before im 15 months post WLE.

I have appt with ONC in July so will keep an eye on it untill then.
