Just thought I’d fill u all in. Day 6 (yesterday) woke up wirh diahorreah and pelvic and back pain, has a bit of a fever so BCN suggested A and E. I sailed through with the emergency card I was given. Seen very quickly but also isolated from other patients. After back xray, ecg and bloods they put it down to side effects. Not a great day but have woken up feeling a lot better this morning.
One side effect I have had since starting chemo is aching ankles ! Not nice. Was a difficult day with hubby away on a course and 1 of my 3 kids living in the middle east. The other went back to UAE this morning ! Anyway moan over now.
