Weekly Taxol and insanely itching hands and feet

I’ve done 4 out of 12 weekly Taxols and my hands have been itchy on and off but today they and feet are absolutely driving me nuts. I’ve been taking both piriton and piritize and putting calomine lotion what feels like every 10mins but nothing works. I’m off to the hospital for some IV steroids to help.

 

Has anyone else had this and if yes, what worked for you? x

Are they burning and red as well? I had 2 cycles of docetaxel (3 weekly) and nothing helped my hands, onc cancelled my third one because of the reaction… didn’t have IV steroids though… Hope it helps you xx
