What about a new thread called Awaiting Results?

I know we have so many threads i dont look at alot of them, if i did i would be on the comp 24/7 and obviously it wouldn’t do me any good to be on a Bc site to often. However i am getting results tomorrow from my MRI scan and i would love to beable to come onto the site and find how others cope whilst awaiting results.
It seems to me once we are Dx, often we have to have so many scans and tests.
What about a new thread called ‘awaiting results’

I have been really pleased with myself this week i havent dwelt on tomorrow at all, and was feeling very positive but this evening its all got to me and i am panciky.

Hope you got on ok today. It is hard waiting for results (I have scans every 3 mths) and the things it does to your state of mind can’t be underestimated.

Yes it would be a good idea to have a thread called Awaiting Results as we have all been there and know what a long and scary process it can be.

I am 12months down the line and am just awaiting my first mammogram results and its just brought it all back again.

Still we must plod on

Hiya
sorry i havent let anyone know how i got on. I have been away for the weekend.

My results were good in that i have no bone involvement or cancer. However in one way i was relieved to find i do have a torn tendon and tendonitis so i was not imagining the pain. Its awful.
when i said to my daughter ‘goodness knows how i got a torn tendon its not as if i have done any exercise’ she replied ‘maybe its thinking about it’ CHEEK!!!

Managed quite well with the hectic weekend away at a conference so energy levels are improving, however i do look shattered tonight.

Will email the admin about a possible thread on results.

so glad your results were clear!
My MRI was clear too except I was told I have a degenerative spine- apparently wear and tear that can be treated!!! A few drinks tonight???
