May seem a silly a silly question but when do u all think is it better to take in the morning or evening, being toying with these pills for over a week now, so worried about possible side effects been waiting till i dont have any special events to go to, i often feel nauseas & tired as i have ME, in the mornings wondering if i take in the evening maybe they wont affect me so much.
Anyone any thoughts

I take mine in the evening after dinner. I don’t think people normally get immediate side effects, it is more gradual. As far as I was concerned, the aching joints etc started after a few weeks. But I don’t have ME, so they may affect you differently of course.

I take all my pills last thing at night before I go to bed…that way I don’t forget them!

I was told by the fracture prevention nurse that calcium works better taken at bedtime.
Only one I take in the morning is my once weekly bisphosphonate for osteoporosis
