When is a lymph node really "involved"?

Interesting to read your post. I was dx in 2005 and after having SNB, I was told that I had One micromet, size 0.3 mm in one of the nodes. The surgeon told me if the met had been 0.2 mm, they would not have done a full A C, but that the international standard is to remove all ax. nodes when mets are 0.3 mm or bigger. So I had the clearance, FEC x 6 and rads. There were no further spread in the rest of my nodes, but I struggle with lymphO. I really miss my nodes…

I also had two bone marrow tests as part of trial, which turned out clear.
