Whilst chilling out after 2nd chemo yesterday I switched on radio 4 and heard The Archers for the first time. One of the story lines turned out to be about a lady who has had a mastectomy and was telling her husband she was now thinking of reconstruction. Funny how relevant this felt as I have already had the op but know plenty of women who have not and are thinking about it. Daily at 2pm if anyone is interested in following it!

The Archers are my favourite addiction and I am going to follow this one. It’s Ruth Archer, who had the mastectomy and chemo in 2000. Programme at 2pm, 7pm every day excpt Saturday and the Omnibus at 1000 am on Sundays. Bet loads of us listen anyway!
