I found a lump 4 weeks ago today when I was on Holiday, I had to wait almost a week before I cam home and could see my Doctor who referred me to our local hospital. That was on the Tuesday on the Wednesday evening the hospital rang me with an appointment for the Friday of the following week, I had an examination, ultrasound etc and a biopsy, a10 day wait for the results, which I got on Monday, yes it’s cancer!. A MRI scan was arranged for yesterday, back to the consultant on Friday for the plan of action, I think they want to arrange the pre med for next week. It all seems so quick I am grateful for this but trying to take it all in at the moment is confusing to say the least. They said that nothing has spread to my lymph nodes. Just worried there is something they are not telling me. Mazey

Hi Mazey, your not alone in this, there are many threads on the forum that are so supportive and there are so many of us. We have a November thread and also an October one, both full of ladies all going through the same experiences. You may want to read through them as they offer so much support, i know they did for me when i found my lump in August. Here is the link, i hope it works but if not then just search for the chemo monthly threads and you will find us there
