hi i had been diagnosed with lobule and ductal 9 yrs ago and i had lumpectomy and radiation for 8 wks no hormone therapy. and now i have a thicking on my collar bone and small lump on my breast i had lumpectomy in is getting smaller and looks hard with pigment change my mom and aunt and two cousin had breast cancer and now my two sisters have suspiciouse mamograms what should i do could this be some type of lymph nodes by my collar bone and they did nt take any lymph nodes when i had the cancer they said it was hormonal receptor but can it come back after so long. AND i have little rash up by collar bone. plus i hace chrones disease.

I don’t really know the answers to all your questions, but you really should see your GP and then get a referral if he thinks you should. Unfortunately cancer can come back after many many years - I know someone who has had a recurrence after 17 years from orginal dx. You may be worrying when you don’t need to, but you won’t know until you see someone about it.
You will feel much better once you do something about it - I hope you eventually get good news.
