Having read a couple of other breast cancer related blogs and found reading about other people’s experiences on these forums really comforting I have started my own blog. It seems to be helping me focus on the positives so I thought I’d share it with you too.

Have u had mastectomy now? Mine was on 7th March (right boob), i’ve got to wait another 2 weeks before i find out if i need chemo or not.
I know i definitely don’t need Rads but will deffo be on Zoladex for 3 yrs & Tamoxifen for 5 - oh the joy!!
Hope ur feelin ok tho, u sound a bit like me - i am VERY open about my life, ha ha! Nothin’s sacred! & I’ve been thru quite a lot in the past 3 years (but u’ll get a hint of this from my profile on the blog!!.
& now I’ve got this sh*t disease!! Just another drama - like you!!

Yep, mastectomy was on Monday- just got back from having my drain removed- thank god that’s gone! Mine was the left. I start chemo as soon as I’ve recovered then radio then herceptin. Hope you have good news. Xx
