Hi girls, after being diagnoised with breast cancer is enough to turn anyone to drink, let alone the surgery, hormone therapy, radiotherapy also having to wait for test results, mamograms and biopsy I feel a glass of wine is just reward. Until they can prove beyond any doubt that wine causes breast cancer i shall have a glass now and again.

I’m of the opinion that if my nan can be brought up in bread and drippin and die aged 89, and others are alcoholics and/or smoke in their 80s, if we listen to everything that is said on the news we are all going to die of starvation not any disease that certain foods may or may not cause… sorry if I sound harsh, I would love to say if I stopped doing this then that won’t happen but the fact is it won’t, otherwise these foods would be banned. We are all different and may react to things differen to others, so I say if you like it carry on, as has been said a bit of what you fancy… .
