WLE of nipple - now lump in other breast

I am hoping for some advice. Had WLE of nipple in September 2010.Apparently have what is described as a ‘busy breast’. Low grade DCIS,Florid LCIS and flat epithelial atypia.Will have Lat Dorsi reconstruction later this year. Now have a new lump in the other breast with some pain. Has anyone else had this?Appt Thursday.
