WLE on two breasts only being offered surgery on one!

A friend of mine has had WLE’s on both breasts but is only being offered reconstructive surgery on one breast.

Are any of you aware of any guidelines/policies that state that she should have both done?

She is currently finding this very difficult and is very depressed.

hi,

I don’t have personal experience of WLE as I had a mastectomy but I suppose it depends on the amount of healthy breast left? what is it that she wants doing?
