Hi Everybody - just back from USA hols feeling alot more positive but today am going for my 3rd WLE in 2 hours time. Quite anxious. Just hope this is it - no more WLE’s!! Consultant was adamant this should be the end, hopefully no radiotherapy either.
However after reading some of the forum messages, I suppose at the moment I am one of the ‘lucky’ ones.
Just before going on hols my daughter was called in for mammogram/ultrasound etc. that was a great worry. Fortunately she was on BUPA (through works) and got seen to and results given within a week although she saw the same consultant as me, and the lumps were benign - that was a great relief. I cannot imagine how I would have coped otherwise.
