very worried had a few cysts before but this is different. Started with a red patch near my nipple bit like sunburn, by the next day I was red swollen and very sore, had a bit of leakage as well. Went to docs told it was an infection, given tablets felt better. Few days later swelling giong down discharge almost stopped,but now theres a lump and my nipples inverted. Back to docs I went who can feel the lump and theres on under my arm although I cant feel it, am going to hospital for a check not really sure how I feel upset ,angry but feel worse for my husband as he is more worried than me. I could just cry at the drop of a hat, am I normal?
yes you are normal - it’s a horrible horrible time waiting to get the check-up and the results, you always convince yourself that it will be worse case scenario and spend half the time worrying and the other half crying.

Just remember that 9 out of 10 breast lumps turn out to be nothing to worry about. A bitof advice I slways post to new members is to be careful as to what you read on the internet - at this stage it is way too easy to do too much research and scare yourself even more.
I’ve been battling a breast abscess and for what it is worth those are the absolute spit of the symptoms I had. If it is that, they can be troublesome but are benign. Good luck with it all
