I started feeling unusual pain in my right breast last weekend - it got worse through the week and radiated to my right armpit.
I went to my GP on wednesday, who did an exam and felt a “fullness” - she prescribed antibiotics and explained the pain in my armpit was probably due to my lymph nodes. I have to go back to see her this Friday, but should call her if there are any changes.
Since then, the pain under my arm has worsened and I now have pain in my neck and groin (all on the right side) and feel pretty fatigued.
I know breast pain is not usually a sign of breast cancer, and I know there is no lump in my breast, but I’m really getting worried.

I appreciate your response and advice. Unfortunately I can’t get another appointment before Friday, so I’m adopting the pragmatic approach - another few days wait won’t do any harm and there’s always paracetamol!
