Hi, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice? I have large boobs and have a heavier feeling in my right breast. I have examined myself but can’t feel or see anything abnormal until I either hug someone or lie face down. I then feel like something is in my breast that doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable. I do have a coil fitted. Ive felt this for a while now 6months plus with no other symptoms other than very occassional sharp pain. I keep blaming hormones but would welcome any advice. It is starting to play on my mind.
Thanks.
Hello Ali. I don’t want to worry you further but I should go and get yourself checked with your doctor. A healthcare professional can examine you much more thoroughly. I had a similar experience when lying on my left side in bed but couldn’t feel a lump. It might be nothing but you need to know one way or another or you’ll go mad.
Hi Ali,I had no lump or symptoms .Get it checked cos if it is something that needs treatment better sooner than later. It is just going to play on your mind if you don’t.
Hi Ali
I agree with the others who have replied…I had something similar in symptoms and was really lucky that it was found very early. It could be nothing and just hormones as you say but to stop the worrying go to your doctor and get it checked out…
Wish you all the hope in the world

Hello and thank you ladies for taking the time to reply. I know I need to go and get this checked out but think I’m obviously more scared than I care to admit. I am going to make an appointment to see my GP next week. It is worrying me but I may be worrying for nothing. Thank you again xx
Please go and get checked out, I know it’s frightening but the constant wondering isn’t going to do you any good either, if it’s nothing then brilliant but if not then it needs dealing with Xx
I so agree with all of the comments. It really is best to get reassurance now. If something doesn’t feel right for you, then early action is so sensible. There are many reasons as to why you feel uncomfortable, hopefully it will be something straightforward & you’ll be put at ease. I so wish I’d acted on uncomfortable, rather than let all of the other symptoms creep up on me! Good luck & sending positive vibes.
Thank you all so much for replying. I am going to get things checked out next week and will deal with whatever the outcome maybe. It could be one of many things but I really appreciate you all answering me so honestly and I now need to know what it is. Keep strong ladies and I wish you all all the best. xxxx
