Does it help to do yoga/homeopathy or any such alternate treatments. There is so much of information on the web, some extremely positive, and some extremely negative. Does anyone have any stories/experience with any such treatment…?
I think these things are very much a personal choice, and its what makes you feel better that matters.
I go for Reflexology once a month, I know it isnt something that will actually treat my cancer, but it helps me relax and gives me an hour of me time, which I find very benefical.
I’ve also taken up jogging which I find great for switching off from my worries, it also gives me time to think about things and put them in perspective, and I often come back feeling more positive and able to cope (hope that makes sense), and running in the rain is the most invigorating thing ever.
I wouldnt advise taking homeopathy treatments or such like without checking it out with your Oncologist, as it can interfere with your cancer medication.
