About two weeks ago I found a lump in my right breast and after seeing my G.P. was referred to my local hospital My appointment was less than two weeks from seeing my G.P. and it was the ‘triple test’ type of clinic.
During my wait I spent alot of time on this website, whilst not having the courage to post, it was so helpful to read others posts. Also to know that my worries were normal, that others were going through the same emotions as myself.
My test results were back the same day and I was relieved to find out the lump is benign (fibroadeonoma) which I am going to have removed next month. Just wanted to say that I am pleased I found this website as it is a fantastic community full of such supportive people. Thank you.
