I found a seed feeling lump in my breast December 2019 but was too anxious to check it out. Finally found the courage to speak to my gp in September and have been referred to a breast clinic! My appointment is tomorrow evening and I am soo scared!
Hi Maira_98 - I’m really glad you found the courage to speak to your GP, and also that you found this lovely forum. You must keep in mind that most lumps are harmless, and as Shi (one of the other community champions) says you must also remember that until someone diagnoses you with cancer you don’t have it.
Try to stay off Google this eve/tomorrow and keep yourself occupied, and give yourself plenty of treats. The waiting really is the hardest part. Hopefully you will get the reassurance you want, but if something is found then you will be given a plan and we will all be here to support you.
