So 3 weeks ago i had Mastitis, im 41 not breastfed for 14yrs, and no medical probs to relate to why i got mastitis.
Cut a long story short, seen 4 drs 2 nurses and been on antibiotics. Referral done last monday 26th for 2ww, finally heard I have appointment on 17th (over 3 weeks since referral, as they are inundated).
Prob is ive just started getting mastitis symptoms again, but i dont want to go on another course of antibiotics as that may japadise my appointment at the breast clinic, which is what delayed the referral in the first place. I guess I’ll just ride it out and hope this time if it is mastitis again its not as bad as few weeks ago
How you doing Indi - did you get to the breast screening appointment ?
