I saw consultant today. He can feel the same lump I can and my doctor can. So I had mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist was very happy to say that there is no lump there! So feeling a bit happier went back to consultant. He is not happy as he can feel a lump. Its tiny but its there. So he did a core biopsy to make 100% sure. Get the results on Thursday. I don’t know how to feel to be honest. Has anyone else had this??

These things do happen & although it’s an absolute pain to go through, it is good the consultant is being thorough.
I was told at clinic, that they will always get to the bottom of it before sending you on your way.
Chances are all’s well, but in any event you will be glad they were thorough when you look back on it later on.
