Multiple Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) tumors

Hi everyone,

I’m 36 years old and I’ve just recently been diagnosed with three PASH tumors/lesions in my left breast. The largest is 4.7 cm (the other two range from 2.0 to 2.8 cm). My doctor recommends the removal of the largest one. He said that he will try and remove the other ones if possible, but he will not do any ‘tunneling’ to find/remove the other two. I’m wondering:

a) has anyone had multiple PASH tumors?

b) post lump removal, does your breast look similar in size/shape to what it was before? How long did it take for your breast to regain its shape? I’m a 32DD.

c) has anyone had multiple recurrences of PASH post removal?

Thank you.

Cindy
