You need peace of mind about this so a trip to your GP would be a good idea.  Any breast changes should be checked out but it does not mean that it is breast cancer, there are other benign breast conditions.  Give your GP a call and make an appointment.

Am I worried for no reason

Hi, im 43 years old and for around 6 weeks have had a very itchy left breast. No sign of skin irritation that could be causing it. I have a small purple bruise also (noticed couple months ago) - around 2mm in diameter. My nipple is also more sensitive and sometimes painful. No lumps that I can feel. Sometimes get sharp pains in my breast and feel breathless. Im deffo not pregnant. Would be gp think im ocer reacting?
