Yellow discharge is coming from my breast I am not pregnant I’ve taken a test so I’m just really confused why I’m getting this discharge

I’m 45 and that’s what happens to me. I have just left the hospital. My ultra sound didn’t show C but hormonal systs in both breasts and enlarged ducts. I will see the doctor again in 3 weeks x
