Hi. I would say go to your GP. Any change should be investigated. You'll probably be referred to the breast clinic for investigation. If it turns out to be nothing them great but if there is something 'wrong' the sooner it's seen to the better.
Don't feel like you're wasting anyone's time cos you're not.
Good luck and let us know what you decide to do.💝xxx
I'm sorry to hear you're worried about this.

Take care, Becca at Breast Cancer Care.
Over the last few days, I have noticed my left nipple takes time to harden/pop out as compared to the right one.. it eventually does come out on its own but takes a while compared to the right one which is faster..this happens once or twice a day and sometimes when i look at them they seem the same. I dont know if this was always like that or it has become slower to respond now..There are no other changes and I have no other symptoms, pain or lumps in my breasts.. I am 39 and lost some weight recently following anxiety and depression relapse. Lost my mother to breast cancer and have been anxious about my own health ever since..
