Lump between breast & Collarbone??

Have I got breast cancer? Breast awareness, signs and symptoms

I found a lump above my right breast, below the collarbone (closer to the breast).  I’m unsure if this could be associated to the breast cancer realm or something else? Since it is near but not on my breast. Hard, not moveable and no pain at all. 

Is it something I should have checked, or nothing to worry about? Not sure what doctor to contact, maybe start with my primary or gynecologist?

I am assuming you’ve not had breast surgery in saying this. But if you haven’t, yes, get it checked out. Lymph nodes are there and you might be feeling one. Could be a simple infection but any new noticeable lump should always be checked out by a doctor. Good luck!
