Hello all you lovely ladies…
I have been on here often regarding breast problems but have now had postmenopausal spotting (I have been given to understand it is called postmenopausal bleeding regardless) and wondered if any of you lovely ladies have had the same problem and could direct me to an appropriate site where I can talk like we can here. I didn’t know whether there was one on this site but can’t find anything.
As you can imagine, I am very scared, again, and have been given an urgent referral for next Thurs. Oh dear, here we go again.

I have been recalled quickly for more investigation after mammogram. I’m 72 on 5th July. I am not one bit remotely worried about this recall. The odds on it being serious are so small. I have known so many women who have been recalled and not one had anything wrong . The speed doesn’t concern me !! It’s quick with everyone who has to go. I’m not careless, don’t get me wrong but l have been Bi Polar all my life. Suffering Chronic Anxiety , Depression, Paranoia and been an in patient in Psychiatric Hospital a number of times. I have arthritis,in my hips and knees and one broken arm, l have had trouble with my Heart since 1986, been in Coronary Care more times over the years than l could count. Since 2009 l have had 2 heart attacks, a heart ablation, a triple heart by pass and my main aorta repaired Also a Stent in my 4th heart artery. I’ve had Angina, and SVT ( Supra ventricular Tachycardia ) and AF( Atrial Fibrillation) since 1986. I also have End stage 5 terminal Kidney Disease . There’s no way l am going to have anything else wrong and even if there was l am terminally ill anyway. I have worked all my life. Married, have 3 wonderful grown up children and their spouses and 5 gorgeous Grandchildren, plus the best friends in the world. Living every day of my lif with depression beats everything else when it comes to fear and worry !! I have the best Psychiatric Nurse in the world too. So l am not at all worried about them finding cancer in my breast !! Good luck to all of you who are worrying it must be horrible for you and l wish you well. I arranged and paid for my Funeral and made my Will and got all my affairs in order ages ago. My Daughter is my Executor and extremely capable. I advise everyone to make their Funeral and Will arrangements ASAP, because the prices soar all the time, once it’s paid for it’s paid for and done with. Arrange your Insurance and endowment policies so that whoever survives inherits the house and money etc etc. A couple of hours now could save a fortune later . Once again Good Luck.
