I wished to know if any one has taken Tamoxifen after a mastectomy and the side effects?
I have not been prescribed chemotherapy or radiotherapy. So I go straight into tamoxifen for 5 years. I am fit, don’t have any other health issues.

I will say that Tamoxifen does affect men differently. I know of some men that have had no problems and others that have had a lot

Was the decsion not to have chemo decided by your oncologist or by you ? Did they give reasons ?
