Most of the time, I listen to music using headphones. Meditation, exercise, or both. There are also some relaxation exercises that consist of contracting all of your muscles and then releasing them. I have a friend who likes to put on a cd of middle age Christian chants and think deeply of basic concepts like what is the distance, what is space, what is nothingness, etc, and the more abstract the issue the better. When I'm in the mood, I also go to score88poker.bid and play some poker once in a while because it has the ability to shift the focus from my health problems to something more agreeable.
I like to play with my kids and have fun together for example now we play in online games https://www.topspeed.com/car-games/car-games/madalin-stunt-cars-2-ar181403.html Do you play with your children?
Walking in the park is great, but if it's crowded then I prefer to go somewhere else. I prefer hiking or camping somewhere where you rarely meet people. Traveling to a local forest will do perfectly, I have a 50l backpack as mentioned on cleverwander for this always ready when I'm in need to travel there, my family is okay with that.
I watch TV shows, Youtube, listen to music. Also, I play games, sometimes games of chances. On this android list, there are some casinos I visit sometimes. But actually, this isn't the best way to get relaxed (well, it's definitely not for everyone).
Hello. Crochet ia my way of relaxing. It's like a form of meditation for me as I can lose myself in the rhythm of the my hook going in & out of my wool
I like to relax at home in front of the TV. I usually watch several episodes of my favorite movie and then become completely rested.
I have not much free time. I like to spend my free time in nature, relax on the beach, go fishing. If the weather is bad, I read books, watch movies and play computer games.
Hi Sunshine97, I've always found Audible
Audio books nice to drop off to sleep with. I also use the Headspace meditation App. I like adult colouring books aswell. Since my recall for extra tests, and the awful waiting game these things have really helped. Hope your finding some peace along the way.
I like to talk to close ones to relax. Sharing whats going on in my life with them and hearing what they are up to really cheers me up
Thank you for sharing your experience of relaxation techniques. We recently put together a mental health toolkit that you might also find useful: https://www.breastcancercare.org.uk/information-support/facing-breast-cancer/living-beyond-breast-ca...

I'm keen to know if you have any effective relaxation techniques? I've recently found walking around the park to be effective for me or a visit to my local beach.
