What do you like to do to relax?

I’m keen to know if you have any effective relaxation techniques? I’ve recently found walking around the park to be effective for me or a visit to my local beach.

Audio books nice to drop off to sleep with. 

I like to relax at home in front of the TV. I usually watch several episodes of my favorite movie and then become completely rested.

Hello. Crochet ia my way of relaxing. It’s like a form of meditation for me as I can lose myself in the rhythm of the my hook going in & out of my wool
