Thanks for the advice! I'm glad CBD is helping. Where do you buy your CBD oil? I have found a few places online. I thought this place looked good - https://www.healthrack.co.uk/health-supplements/vitamins/cbd , but I have no idea what I am looking for and at what prices.
Hi...yes she has significantly less neuropathy pain, she is also much more upbeat. She has had 2 years problem free. She is just starting to take Omega 3 oil too as there is sufficient evidence that it is very beneficial. My opinion is taking CBD and Omega oil along with the traditional therapies cannot be a bad move, infact if anything youre giving your body a much better chance of survival overall. As for dosage of CBD Oi, she takes 3 droplets under her tongue and holds for 30 seconds to a minute so the oil metabolises and doesnt get wasted into the stomach so much.
CM1, it's very sad to hear that your posts were deleted off the McMillan site. Its such a shame that there is this stigma surrounding CBD the health benefits of marijuana. Has your partner noticed any positive outcomes to using CBD over the past 18 months?
My Partner has been using CBD for almost 18 months. Diagnosed with HER2 Positive breast cancer. The place to purchase is CBD Brothers..they are legitimate and ethically minded. There is a heck of a lot of studies on how cannabidial and cannabinoids work with the brains CBD 1 and 2 RECEPTORS. It combines to prevent proliferation of cancer, and that has to be good news! Also take Omega 3 oil...do the research, there is plenty of evidence out there. I posted over 2 years ago at the UK Mcmillan cancer site, on the huge benefits of using CBD Oil, and my posts were deleted on 3 occassions by admin.
Hi All, You can buy CBD oil in health shops, ebay, amazon, plenty of other online shops too. You can even buy it in vape shops to use via a vape. CBD oil is perfectly legal in this country, it is oil with CBD and THC that is illegal. CBD oil cannot make you high.
Hope this helps.
Please could someone pm where to get cbd oil. I have looked at so many online and I want to get the correct one. Many thanks
Im thinking about this swiss oil for my treatment. Has someone used it and can say something more?
My sister has recently been diagnosed with HR2 breast cancer. In the past I have read many blogs about CBD Oil and have been looking into this for her.
Does anyone have views on how CBD can work with HR2 and if you can use iit alongside Chemo (which she starts next Tuesday).
If anyone knows of places to purchase, or indeed where to look to purchase this, i would be really very grateful.
I would be very careful where you buy the oil from. it's so difficult to know what your really buying.
Potential Risks of Choosing Pure Science Lab Products
Might Not Be Safe – Although Pure Science Lab claims to care about testing at all levels, they do not provide any proof of the contents of their product. For a business with ‘Lab’ in their name, this seems fishy.
Transparency Troubles – Pure Science Lab has very little information about their business online making it difficult to trust them as the business they claim to be.
Hi redrobin just found this thread. Had read up alot on cbd oil too and just started using today.....But having read your information will now stop as I'm still getting chemo! Save it for later I think, but will need to find out if it can be taken with tamoxifen and herceptin. Anyone got any ideas on that front?
Hi...am looking into cbd oil for my sister (triple negative) where do you get it from and what sort of doses? Can you pm me?
Am new on the forum and not sure how it all works.
thanks in advance...
Hi red robin,
Yes, I absolutely agree with you on the diet and healthy eating, for all the reasons that you've said. 😄
I'll look up the CBD oil too, thanks for that, it's really good to see that so many serious cancer research institutes are investigating whether cannabis should have a serious role in cancer treatment.
Best wishes - stay well and happy xx
hi red robin sheena aka fredflowerpot here. can i ask what one you take . i have just brought cbd brothers white ,, so far since monday take just two drops in the morning. not the nicest thing to taste but if it helps . i can put up with that .....
Hi Red robin
I completely get why you're interested in looking into alternative/homeopathic remedies. I've taken loads of interest in these things since I was diagnosed 2 years ago (surgery/chemo/rads). I'm not a believer in homeopathy, because it's basically one or two molecules of active ingredient x added to as much was as the Atlantic. Medical studies, using statistically representative groups of people have never been able to show that homeopathy works, other than possibly as a placebo. You can take a Smartie as a placebo and it'd be a lot cheaper.
I don't know if you've heard of Australian Jessica Ainscough, the wellness warrior? I can't add links but you can read about her quest to cure her own cancer (and later on her mother's breast cancer) through alternative means. The story makes interesting reading.
I think the difficulty is working out which alternative therapies might work. Cannabis in it's many forms has quite a good reputation and I know a lot of the major cancer research studies are really looking into it, there are many clinical trials into it going on at the moment, you can find them on the web. You'll all have seen all the claims for coffee grounds, curcumin and tumeric and garlic and vitamin C, maybe some of them work, but you've probably heard the line
" What do you can an alternative health product that works?
If they're that good then I figure that the drugs companies would be looking into them, which in some cases they are I believe, but no way are all the claims true, the hard bit is working out which ones!
Anyway read the Jessica Ainscough story - it's interesting whatever you take from it. ~
From what I have read CBD oil, cannibis, marijuanna is only effective for pain. I hear some people saying they take it to help with cancer? Can someone provide links to studies performed that show CBD oil is benificial for cancer patients?
If not, then we are just flying blind here.
The only thing that i know cannibis is effective for is pain. That is what is proven.
Thanks. I'll see what I can find out. I haven't been able to prise much information about any kind of supplements from the team I have been under.
Thanks for the information you have put put up. Should it be taken long term like the hormone tablets tamoxifen etc and do you know if it is okay to take them together? At my first annual check up I asked doctor about taking aspirin daily and he said Letrozole which I am on for 10 years is very powerful and anything else would not have nearly so much effect. Thanks and all the best.
