Hi All,

I started my first cycle of EC (3 cycles due) followed by Docetaxel (3 cycles due) and also opted for cold cap, for as long as possible 🤞🏻

My findings and experiences :-

Feeling anxious before treatment with the unknown 

Asking nurse loads questions 

Steps of chemo prescription 

After affects

Coping with nausea  & knowing how much or what to eat 

On a positive note, first cycle went well, lasted 4 hours but 2 hrs (30 mins start & 90 mins end) cold cap , so approx 2 hrs when my cold cap sessions stop 

Any advice or tips from your personal experience , would highly appreciated
