Hi Karebear, I've been having herceptin injections since December, had no. 7 on Wednesday. No issues other than my heart function has dropped but not significant enough for medication. Hope yours goes ok, as Kirsty said it can sting a bit but not always depends on the speed they do it. xx
Hi Cathsin
I've sent you a friend request (Jo Moore). Great idea on the FB group too 😊 ...I was just thinking the other day how its been good to share the journey with everyone so far xx
Good it's all behind you Kirsty and you can now concentrate on recovery. Are you still in hosp? I know people are discharged incredibly quickly.
I had good recent ultrasound result. lymph nodes now look normal and the radiologist/ographer (forget which) cld find no cancerous tissue around the titanium marker which had been in the centre of the tumour.
I still have to have the extra chemo, though!
Hope all goes well Unicorngirlmummy.
Thinking of you today Unicornmummy and hope your op goes well. Also happy birthday, it's not how you'd have wanted to spend your special day, but hopefully you'll be able to celebrate it later x
Kirsty, good luck for today xx
Good luck with your surgery today Kirsty and rest up afterwards ❤❤
Will be thinking of you tomorrow Kirsty.
Another hurdle will soon be over.
😘👌💖
Sending you a big ((hug)) and lots of ❤ Unicorngirlmummy xx
Fingers crossed the your surgeon gets shut of that recurrence once and for all. Easier said than done but stay strong 💪💪 we are all rooting for you!
Jo xx
So sorry, Unicorngirlmummy to hear your news. To have a recurrence so quickly is devastating. I have been grumbling about extra chemo and should be grateful!
Good an op is imminent for you.
Big hugs.
