Hi Shi
Thanks for your response. Having EC chemo for 3 cycles with Epirubicin and Cyclophosphamide and then 3 cycles of Docetxol and Carboplatin.
Really frustrated at moment. Had COVID swab on Saturday ready to start chemo today. I did a lateral flow myself on Saturday which was negative and couldn't believe it when my COVID swab come back positive on Sunday. I did another lateral flow Sunday also negative and even went and had a PCR test at the airport on Sunday which was also negative. Tried to explain to department that something wasn't right and could I be retested. They said no and now my chemo has been put back by nearly 2 weeks. Was really upset as was ready for this to start. Nurse in charge stated the lateral flow tests were only 40% accurate and that the PCR test has been done incorrectly by the person at the airport. Really !
Sorry to let my anger out. Hope you are ok and thank you for all your advice. Debs xx

Hi all
Was diagnosed with TNBC on 05/01/2021 and am having 6 cycles of chem before any surgery. Ist chemo is on 25/01/2021 and I'm obviously really nervous. I have opted to try the bald cap. Have found your forum really useful as like everyone else have had loads of scans, appointments etc.. just all a bit overwhelming at the moment. I'll let you know how Tuesday goes. I'm 50 and have two daughters who are older so lucky that I only have to look after myself. How did anyone feel after their first chemo?
