Re: Chemo buddies

I hope today and tomorrow is a good day for you, too 🙂 Thus far my most bothersome and really only symptom is lack of sleep and tiredness from it. The steroids are really keeping me away. But no nausea and for that I'm grateful. Hopefully it keeps up.

Re: Chemo buddies

Hey,

I had Epirubicin (cyclphosphamide was cancelled as I already have unrelated lung issues).

I'm okay.  Mostly I feel 'seasick'.  I guess right now I need to just wait to see how this goes over the next few days.  And if my headache would leave (drugs/stress/lack of sleep?) that would be great.

Im a single parent in my 40s, I feel like this really has to be gentle on me so that I can do my best for them.

I hope tomorrow is a good day for you  x

Re: Chemo buddies

I started chemo today, too! Taxotere and Cytoxan. Pretty brutal but it was because I iced my hands and feet and got chills from it. Possibly from the taxotere, too, but that was a long hour and half. Feeling okay now though. Tired but not nauseous at the moment so that's good. You coping okay?

Chemo buddies

I started chemo today.

Hoping I can find a chemo buddy who is at a similar stage of treatment?

Or heck, let's just chat - I'm finding this surreal!
