I am having EC & T/D and was told E would guarantee my hair would fall out. Good thing the first act after being told I'm having chemo, was to cut my hair into a mohican!!! I've shaved my head before and you are right, it's liberating. I have also ordered a turban from wish, and been watching headscarf wearing videos on youtube. Hope your hair starts growing back soon xxx
Yes, it will all come out. I felt quite untidy with clumps dangling and big bald patches so had mine shaved when it just got too much. I thought I didn’t care.....turns out I did. I took my wig in with me so when I came out of the hairdressers i looked great. I found my head hurt when it was falling out so I was pleased to get rid of the pain. X
I had my first FECT chemo 2 weeks ago. My hair is now falling out, not in clumps yet, but I can run my hands through it & large volumes are coming out. I’ve have clippers ready to shave it off. My question is what would you do? Is it likely to all be gone within the week anyway?
