I am on letrozole and are struggling with side effects such as joint pain and night sweats.has anyone any suggestions to ease these symptoms

Hi!
I read about some cooling pillows. I can’t remember where, sorry, but I remember I googled at the time and I found them in Amazon. Some of them where gel, others water that had to be in the freezer previously.
Worth having a look and going through reviews, perhaps?
