I have nearly completed my 12 sessions of chemo, I’ve been wearing a cold cap all this time and to my disappointment my hair has now decided to fall out leaving bald patches. I wasn’t prepared for this as the cold cap was working fine until a few weeks ago. I’m not sure to have my head shaved, as I wasn’t prepared, don’t know what to do ?
Hi I can imagine exactly how upsetting
that must be as have also been cold capping and so far it has done the trick . Did you get a wig as back-up ? It would be a shame after all this time to have to shave your head as then it has to grow back . Would a good hairdresser be able to cover things up ? Hope the hair loss stops and best of luck x
